Absinthe Recipes

Traditional Absinthe

1 part Esprit Vert™ Absinthe
3 parts ice water
1 sugar cube

Place absinthe in a glass with Esprit Vert™ absinthe spoon
(or strainer) laying across the glass. Place a sugar cube on
the absinthe spoon, and slowly pour ice water on the sugar
cube to dissolve it into the absinthe. Stir and enjoy.

Neo-Absinthe

1 part Esprit Vert™ Absinthe
3 parts Lemon-Lime Soda

Mix together Esprit Vert™ Absinthe and your favorite
lemon-lime soda in a glass. Stir and Enjoy.

Absinthe Mojito

2 to 3 oz. of Esprit Vert™ Absinthe
2 to 3 wedges of lime
2 tsp. of sugar
A few sprigs of mint
Soda Water

Place the limes, sugar, and mint leaves in a tall glass and
lightly muddle the contents. Fill glass with ice. Add the
Esprit Vert™ Absinthe. Add soda. Stir and enjoy.
